Try this Trending Cake with Balloon Toppers

Do try this trending cake decoration technique with balloon toppers. Today we are going to make a Casatta flavored cake. The Ecobake cooking paper circle helps in baking the perfect cake sponge without the need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Cake premix, Oil and Water
  • Whipping cream
  • Pineapple and strawberry crush
  • Pink and orange food gel
  • Golden sugar ballas & Balloon toppers

Directions

 

  • Prepare cake batter by mixing cake premix with oil and water. Transfer the cake batter into a cake mould lined with Ecobake cooking paper. Bake the cake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 °C. 
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, trim the upper part of the cake and divide it into three layers. Place the first layer on the cake board, and apply and spread whipped cream on it. 
  • Spread the pineapple crush evenly over the whipped cream. Add a few tutti frooti pieces to the crush. Place the second layer of the cake on top and repeat the same steps but apply strawberry crush instead of pineapple. 
  • After frosting the third layer of the cake, frost the entire cake with whipped cream. Frost the cake with pink cream. Make a drip pattern on the cake as shown with orange ganache. 
  • Make flowers with pink cream on the top of the cake using an open star-shaped nozzle. Decoarte the flowers with golden sugar balls. Place the balloon toppers on the cake with the help of skewers or straws.
