Uttappam With Suji and Curd

About the Recipe

Try this uttapam recipe, which is made from suji and curd without dosa batter. You can add veggies to the uttapam like onion, carrot, and cabbage to give it more crunchiness. Uniwraps paper foil helps in wrapping the uttapams for your lunch box to keep them soft.

Ingredients

 

  • Suji - 1 cup & Curd - 1 cup
  • Finely chopped onion, carrot and cabbage
  • Salt, Oil, Eno & Water

Directions

 

  • Mix suji and curd in a mixing bowl and let it rest for some time. After some time, add salt, eno, and water to the batter and mix well.
  • Meanwhile, chop vegetables to top the uttapam. Once the batter is ready, brush some oil on a heated tawa and pour the batter on it.
  • Add chopped veggies on top of the uttapams and cook them by closing the lid. Pack these uttapams with Uniwraps paper foil in a tiffin box to keep them soft.
