Make a chocolate cake and decorate it in a special way to add even more meaning to your celebrations. It is shown how to decorate the chocolate cake in two distinct ways. When Oddy Ecobake is used to line the baking pan, the cake is baked spongy and non-sticky while also cutting down on baking time by distributing the heat more evenly and it can be reusable if required.

Ingredients
- Chocolate cake premix – 1 cup & Water – ½ cup
- Sugar syrup & Whipping cream
- Chocolate chips & Chopped Cherry pieces
- Cherries & Neon bright purple gel food colour
- Chocolate Bars & Golden Dust
- Oddy Ecobake
Directions
- Mix the chocolate cake premix with water and make a smooth batter. Line a 6-inch baking pan with Oddy Ecobake. Transfer the batter to it, spread it out, and tap it well.
- Bake the cake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius. Mix the cake batter with the same measurements and bake the cake in a 5-inch baking pan in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
- Cool completely and unmould. Cut the cake into two layers. Place a layer on the cake board, soak with sugar syrup, and spread the whipping cream. Top with a few chopped cherry pieces and chocolate chips. Cover with a top layer.
- Repeat the process. Frost the cake with cream and smooth. Finish frosting the other cake in the same way. Put chocolate ganache in a piping bag and use a leaf nozzle to decorate the small cake.
- Alternately, create rosettes on the top of the cake using whipping cream and chocolate cream filled in a piping bag using a 1N nozzle.
- Top with a cherry in each rosette. Fill the center with chocolate chips. Simple yet beautiful way of decorating a chocolate cake is shown.
- Frost the cake with this cream and smooth using a spatula. Create rosettes using purple cream by using the 1N nozzle.
- Drip chocolate ganache filled in a piping bag on the sides of the cake as shown. Garnish with chocolate bars, choco chips and silver sugar balls on the top and sides. Dust the chocolate bars with golden dust. The attractive cake decoration is done.
