Roasted Broccoli With Veg Mayo Sandwich

Healthy roasted broccoli with Veg Mayo Sandwich has a lot of flavors and is a fun way to eat broccoli. It goes really well with rice or grilled chicken for lunch.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Chilliflakes
  • Oregano
  • Lemon juice
  • Broccoli
  • Carrot
  • Cabbage
  • Capsicum
  • Garlic Powder
  • Pepper

Directions

  • Take a bowl, add olive oil,salt, chili flakes,oregano, and lemon juice, and mix it well.
  • Pour approx. 2-3 cups water in steamer at bottom and heat it over medium flame.
  • Take a tray line it with eco bakes parchment paper , Toast the broccoli's preferably using a toast oven at 200 degrees celsius for 15-20mins.
  • Add the toasted broccoli to the prepared mix.
  • For preparing sandwiches, add carrot, cabbage, capsicum, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes and mix them well.
  • Add eggless mayonnaise and mix it well and that makes the sandwich filling ready.
  • Using Oddy Brown Uniwraps paper foil sandwich wraps, wrap the sandwiches which reserve the consistency of the dish.
  • Remove the crust of breads to feel the smoothness and serve it with healthy roasted broccoli which makes a yummy combo of Roasted Broccoli with Veg Mayo Sandwich.
