Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich

The Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich recipe is a quick, easy-to-make healthy sandwich loaded with fresh vegetables and eggless mayo. Eat them as a cold sandwich or grilled. Serve it for breakfast, and after-school snacks, or be packed into a lunch box.

Ingredients

  • 4 bread slices (white or brown)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup carrot shredded
  • ¼ cup mixed bell pepper finely chopped
  • ¼ cup cabbage shredded
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • black pepper powder to taste
  • salt to taste

Directions

  • Firstly, In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, veggies, and seasonings. Mix everything well.
  • Cut the brown edges of the bread (optional).
  • Apply some butter to both slices of the bread.
  • Spread veg-mayo mixture generously on one slice of the bread slice.
  • Finally, Cover and press with another bread slice over it, and cut them into triangles/squares. Serve Eggless Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich with ketchup.
  • Using oddy uniwraps, wrap and fold the sandwiches. it can be pre-heated for eating afterward.
