Winter Special Peanut Chikki Recipe

This nutty and crunchy peanut chikki recipe is a popular winter sweet snack in India. It is easy to make and you only need two key ingredients! Get some jaggery, peanuts and ghee and make this delicious recipe in less than 30 minutes. Make peanut chikki using Oddy Ecobake as it is non-stick, convenient and can even be reused.

Ingredients

 

  • Peanuts - 2 cup
  • Jaggery - 2 cup
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • In a pan, take raw peanuts and roast on low flame. Remove the outer skin of peanuts and keep it aside.
  • In a pan, add all the jaggery. Then add 1-2 tbsp of water to it. Now add ghee and roasted peanuts to this mixture.
  • Mix it well quickly.
  • Using Oddy Ecobake, set the prepared mixture and once it is done. cut it into smaller pieces.
