Ingredients
- Coriander -1 bunch
- Gram flour-4 to 5 tbsp
- Riceflour-2 tbsp
- cornflour-2 tbsp
- 2 tbsp soaked gram
- 1 chopped onion
- curry leaves -7 to 8
- 2 sp garlic ginger paste
- 1 sp ajwain
- 1 sp sesame seeds
- 2 sp jaggery
- 2 tbsp tamarind pulp
- salt
- 1/2 sp turmeric
- 2 sp red chilli
- 2 sp cumin
- 2 so coriander powder
- hot oil 2 sp
- oil to fry
Directions
- Take 1 bunch of finely picked coriander in a plate and add 1 cup of soaked gram along with curry leaves, 1 green chili, 1 spoon garlic ginger paste, and 1 chopped onion, 1 spoon ajwain, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, 1 spoon jaggery and ½ small cup tamarind pulp.
- Add 2 tablespoons of cornflour and 4 tablespoons of gram flour, 1/2teaspoon of turmeric, 2 tsp of red chili, 2 sp of cumin, 2 tsp coriander, powder, salt, and 1 tbsp of hot oil. Mix it properly.
- Make small fritters of the mixture and deep fry them
- Your Coriander Fritters are ready to serve, you can also pack them for lunch using Oddy Uniwraps food wrapping paper, it’ll prevent them from getting soggy and keep them fresh for a long time. Also it is leakproof.
