A quick way to make cake when you have the cravings to have one. Only 2 ingredients are needed and the only thing matter is whipping to perfection to make the simplest of all cakes. Taste amazing and Oddy Ecobake helps in easy demolding of the cake.

Ingredients

Oddy Ecobake
2 eggs
120 gms dark chocolate melted

Directions

Separate egg yolks and egg white in two different bowls. Beat the egg whites only separately with a beater till it gets fluffy and triples in size.
Beat the egg yolks separately and add melted chocolate and mix well. This will form a thick mixture. Add this mixture in our egg white and beat it again till it mixes and forms a fluffy batter.
Take a 6-inch baking tin and place oddy Ecobake sheet on it. Oddy Ecobake helps in easy demolding of the cake. Pour the cake batter on it and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 mins.
Demold once cooled and enjoy our simple 2 ingredient cake.
