About the Recipe
Yummy rich 4 layered Chocolate cake made with Wheat flour that you can make at your home without an oven.

Ingredients
- 4 spoon sugar powder
- 4 spoon fresh curd
- 5 spoon oil
- 1/4 spoon vanilla essence
- 6 spoon Wheat flour
- 1 spoon milk powder
- 2.5 spoon cocoa powder
- 1/4 spoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Baking soda
- 13 spoons milk
- 3/4 cup whip cream
- 100 gm dark chocolate
- Edible gold dust
- Chocolate curls
Directions
- Place Oddy Ecobake Cooking and baking paper in a square mould.
- In a Bowl, Add 4 spoon sugar powder, 4 spoon fresh curd , 4 spoons oil, 1/4 spoon vanilla essence and whisk to mix them well to get a smooth batter.
- In another bowl Take 6 spoons of wheat flour, 1 spoon milk powder, 1.5 spoon cocoa powder, 1/4 spoon baking powder,1 pinch baking soda, 2 pinches of salt and sieve them to add to the batter and mix well. Then Add 13 spoons of milk to the mixture and whisk to mix well.
- Transfer the batter to the mould and spread uniformly. Place a stand inside the cooker and preheat.
- Then place the mould and cover and bake at low flame for 30 minutes. Once done, insert a wooden stick to ensure that it is baked well
- In a Bowl, take 3/4 cup whip cream, 1 tbsp cocoa powder and whisk until it becomes fluffy and the chocolate frosting is ready.
- De-mould the cake and remove the sheet and slice the cake into each 2 horizontal and vertical halves to get 4 layers of cake.
- Apply Frosting on the base, place the bottom layer and apply sugar syrup on it, followed by chocolate frosting. Repeat the procedure for the remaining 3 halves.
- Now place a bowl on boiling water and add 100 gm dark chocolate and 1 tbsp water and melt it. Once it fully melts, Add 1 tbsp oil and whisk well.
- Now, gradually pour it on the cake and cover the entire cake with melted chocolate.
- In a Bowl, add edible gold dust and 1/2 tsp water and mix well.
- Spread it on the cake with a brush and garnish with chocolate curls and your delicious chocolate cake is ready.
