Healthy Chocolate Brownie With Oats and Brownie

Make this delicious and healthy oats chocolate brownie cake at home. You need simple and easily available ingredients to make this cake. Here we are not going to use maida or sugar to make this cake. Brown Oddy Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your cake and also aids in demolding your cake without any hassle.

Ingredients

 

  • Rolled Oats- 1 cup & Whole wheat flour - 1/2cup
  • Cocoa powder- 4 tbsp & Dates- 200g approx
  • Melted butter- 1/4 cup & Baking powder- 1 tsp
  • Baking soda- 1/4 tsp & Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
  • Milk- 1 cup + 1/4 cup, Vinegar- 1 tsp & Chopped walnuts- 2-3 tbsp

Directions

 

  • Grind rolled oats, wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder in a mixer jar to make a fine powder.
  • Grind the dates and milk together and transfer the paste to a bowl. Add some milk and vanilla essence to the paste and mix well.
  • Add the dry ingredients or fine powder to the wet ingredients and mix well to form the cake batter. Add some more milk to the batter to adjust the consistency.
  • Add vinegar to the batter and transfer it to a cake mould lined with brown Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated kadai on the stove.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, decorate it with chocolate cream and garnish the cake with walnuts as shown.
