Ingredients

 

  • 250 ml Vanilla premix
  • Water as needed
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 250 ml Whipping cream
  • 100 ml Basundi
  • Milk as needed
  • 3 tbsp Mawa
  • 1/4 tsp Mawa essence
  • Food colors - Yellow, Blue, Pink, Brown
  • Golden Dust, Silver Dust & Nozzles Noor 6, Noor 7

Directions

 

  • Make a smooth batter using vanilla premix, oil and water.
  • Place a 6 inch Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circle in 6 inch round tin.
  • Pour the batter into tin. And tap the tin properly.
  • Bake the cake for 40-45 min at low flame if using gas. Or for 35 min at 180 degree if using oven.
  • Demould when cools down at room temperature.
  • Make basundi syrup by adding milk into basundi.
  • Make 3 equal layer of sponge.
  • Whipp the whipping cream until sharp peaks.
  • Take a little whipped cream in a bowl and mix 3 tbsp mawa and mawa essence in it. Use this cream for layering only.
  • Complete the icing of cake using basundi syrup and plain whipped cream.
  • Make the coloured whipped cream as required for this cake.
  • Make your favorite designs on cake using nozzles, piping bags. And decorate it as you like.
