Ingredients
- Vanilla premix :- 250 ml
- Water :- As needed
- Cooking oil :- 1 & 1/2 tbsp
- Cashew powder :- 3 tbsp
- Whipping cream :- 250 ml
- Water :- 100 ml
- Sugar :- 2-3 tbsp (as per your choice)
- Vanilla essence :- 1/4 tsp
- Kaju Katli :- 6-7
- Chopped Cashew :- As needed
- Food colors :- Yellow
- Rose petals
- Silver work
- Nozzles :- Noor N1, Noor 46
- Oddy Ecobake
Directions
- Make a smooth batter using vanilla premix, cashew powder, oil and water. Place Oddy Ecobake in the round tin.
- Pour the batter into tin. And tap the tin properly. Bake the cake for 40-45 min at low flame if using gas. Or for 35 min at 180 degree if using oven.
- Demould cake when cools down at room temperature. Make sugar syrup using water, sugar and vanilla essence. Make 3 equal layers of sponge.
- Whip the whipping cream until sharp peaks. Complete the icing of the cake using sugar syrup, kaju katli, chopped cashews and whipped cream.
- Make the coloured whipped cream as required for this cake. Make your favourite designs on cake using nozzles and piping bags. Decorate the cake using rose petals, silver work, etc.
