This red marble effect pineapple cake is a delicious cake that looks fabulous. This is a perfect go-to recipe for an anniversary or birthday. The cake is baked in a baking tray lined with Oddy Ecobake Brown, which is chlorine-free and unbleached, hence safe to use.

Ingredients
- Cake premix, Pineapple essence
- Cold whipping cream -1 cup+1/3 cup
- Grated white chocolate compound-1 cup
- Neutral gel, Closed star shape nozzle
- Red, pink, yellow gel food colour-4 drops
- Oddy Ecobake Brown
Directions
- Line a baking pan or steel container with Oddy Ecobake Brown. Make cake batter using cake premix and pineapple flavor. Transfer it to the baking pan and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated kadai.
- Cool completely and unmold. Cut the cake into three layers. Place a layer of cake on whipping cream, soak with sugar syrup, and apply whipping cream.
- Repeat the process for other layers. Frost the cake with whipping cream, smooth using a card, and create a pattern on the sides using a cake comb.
- Melt white chocolate with whipping cream, then add neutral gel to it and mix to make white ganache. Transfer it into a mug after it has completely cooled.
- Add a few drops of red, pink, and yellow gel food coloring to it and mix gently. Pour this ganache on the cake from the center to the sides to cover it.
- Clean the cake board. Decorate the bottom of the cake using whipping cream filled in a piping bag with a closed star-shaped nozzle. Place a birthday or anniversary tag as per your wish.
