Ingredients
- Thin Card boards
- Oddy Ecobake
- Hung curd and Mayonnaise
- Grated vegetables - carrots, cucumber, beetroot
- sprouted green beans and pomegranate
- Tomato and few stands of fresh coriander leaves
Directions
- Take thin cardboard and cut it into long flat shape. Stick the edges with a cello tape. Stick the dents and bulges to give it a perfect round shape.
- Cut out the required Oddy Ecobake and cover the inside of the cardboard. Secure it with cello tape.
- Take hung curd (water compelelt drained). Whisk it with a spoon. Add 2-3 tbsp of mayonnaise and whisk again. Fill it in a pipping bag.
- Take the cardboard cake tin. Place it on a plate. Layer it with grated cucumber, sprouted green beans, grated beetroot, promogranate and grated carrots.
- After every layer of vegetable add a layer of curd mayonnaise filing. It is optional to add a thin or thick layer of vegetables.
- The last later of curd mayonnaise will be thick like cake frosting. Refrigerate the cake in the fridge for one hour.
- After one hour, remove the cardboard cake tin and complete the last layer of frosting. Even out the edges with a card. Coat the sides with grated beetroot.
- Scrape out the outer skin of a tomato and roll it like a flower on the cake as a rose. Place some fresh green coriander leaves near the tomato rose like decoration.
