Fancy Vanilla Choco Chip Cake

About the Recipe

If you want to decorate your cake in a unique way but don’t have fancy tools, check out this cake decoration using a katori or small cup that looks wonderful. The cake is baked soft and spongy on a stove when we use Oddy Ecobake, which is very convenient to use because you need not grease the baking pan, yet the cake demolds hassle-free.

Ingredients

 

  • Vanilla cake premix & Choco chips
  • Sugar syrup: sugar + water & Cocoa powder
  • Cold whipping cream & 1M nozzle
  • Melted dark and white chocolate-1/2 cup & Pink cream
  • Chocolate bars and choco balls & Choco chips & Rainbow sprinkles
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Line a baking pan with Oddy Ecobake. Make vanilla chocolate chip Cake batter using premix and transfer it into the baking pan, tap well, and bake for 35–40 minutes in a preheated vessel on a stove. Let the cake sponge cool completely and then demold.
  • Mix together whipping cream, chocolate ganache, and cocoa powder to make chocolate cream. Divide the cake into three layers.
  • Place a layer on the cake board, soak with sugar syrup, and spread chocolate cream on it. Repeat the process for other layers. Frost the cake with white whipping cream and smooth using a spatula. Create a pattern as shown by turning the table using a cake comb.
  • Take three small katoris from the spice box, turn them down, and grease with oil. Transfer melted, cold dark chocolate and white chocolate into piping bags; make a small cut at the end.
  • Pour dark chocolate and white chocolate to make a pattern as shown on a greased katori. Repeat the same process for the other two katoris, too. Refrigerate them for 10 minutes. Gently take them out of the katori after 10 minutes to get the chocolate baskets.
  • Arrange these on the cake, and fill with whipping cream using a 1M nozzle. Decorate with chocolate bars, chocolate sticks, chocolate balls, and rainbow sprinkles
  • Fill a piping bag with pink cream and decorate using a 1M nozzle in the pattern shown on the top and bottom of the cake. The delicious and colorful cake is ready.
