Ingredients

  • Parle g biscuits - 350 gm & Sugar - 5 to 6 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup & Milk - 300 ml + 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp & Eno - 1 sachet + 2 pinches
  • Whipping cream - 1.5 cups & Dark chocolate - 1/3rd cup
  • Milk - 3 tbsp & Green cream
  • Condensed milk & Chocolate sugar syrup
  • Pink cream, sugar balls & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

  • Grind Parle-G biscuits and sugar in a mixer jar to a fine powder. Add cocoa powder to it and mix well. Add milk to the dry ingredients to make the cake batter. Add vanilla essence, eno, and 2 tablespoons milk to the cake batter and mix well.
  • Transfer the cake batter to a mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes. Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into four equal parts. Prepare chocolate ganache by melting dark chocolate and milk in a pan.
  • Beat whipped cream in a bowl until stiff peaks are formed. Add condensed milk to the whipped cream and mix well. Prepare chocolate sugar syrup by mixing sugar syrup with chocolate ganache. Place the first layer of the cake, soak it with chocolate syrup, and apply whipped cream to it.
  • Spread the cream uniformly and place another layer on it. Repeat the same process for the remaining cake layers. Frost the cake completely with the remaining whipped cream. Make a drip pattern with chocolate ganache at the sides of the cake using a piping bag.
  • Make roses with a 1 M nozzle on one half of the cake using pink cream. Make leaf designs with green cream besides the roses as shown. Decorate the other half of the cake with sugar balls. Your cake is ready!
