Simple Cake Decoration Technique

Ingredients

 

  • Cake premix - 350 gm & Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Water - 200 ml & Milk for soaking
  • Whipped cream - 1.5 cups & Condensed milk
  • Pink and Green food gel & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Prepare the cake batter by mixing cake premix and oil with water. Transfer the batter into a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake in a preheated kadai for 45 minutes. Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into three equal parts.
  • Beat whipped cream in a bowl until stiff peaks are formed. Place the first layer of the cake, soak it with sugar syrup, and apply whipped cream to it. Add and spread condensed milk over the whipped cream, and place another cake layer on it.
  • Repeat the same process for the remaining cake layers. Frost the cake completely with the remaining whipped cream. Make a ripple pattern with the spatula as shown.
  • Make roses with a N 120 nozzle on one half of the cake using pink cream. Make leaf designs with green cream besides the roses as shown. Make flower borders with white cream as shown. Your beautiful cake is ready!
