  • All-purpose flour-2.5 cups & Milk powder-2 tbsp
  • Salt-1 tsp & Water as needed
  • Sesame seeds & Oil-1 tsp
  • Sugar syrup & Butter

Directions

  • Activate the dry yeast with water in a cup, stir, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Take flour in a bowl, mix it with milk powder and salt, and mix well.

  • Arrange them on the plate and let it rest covered for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, apply sugar syrup to it and sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
  • Cover and preheat a kadhai for 5 minutes with a wire stand in it. Place the plate inside. Cover and bake it for 35 minutes on a low flame.
  • Remove the lid after 35 minutes when fully baked, cover with a wet cloth, and set aside for 30 minutes. Apply butter to each of them. The soft and spongy burger buns are ready.
