About the Recipe
Evening snacks does not always have to be fritters and sandwiches. Puris that are combined with aloo and spices will be a great evening snack accompanied by green chutney and sauces. Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking helps to keep the puris fresh.

Ingredients
- Millet powder 1 cup
- Sago powder 1 cup
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- 1 ½ boiled potato
- Jeera and coriander leaves (optional)
- Water ½ cup
- Water ½ cup
- Oil for frying
Directions
- In a dish add millet powder, Sago powder, chilli powder, salt, boiled potatoes. Add water and form a thick dough. You can also add jeera, coriander leaves or green chilli paste as per your preference.
- Add a little oil and make the dough as we make for chapatis. Now divide the dough into small even circular balls.
- Now take a little oil in your palms, and pat the puri dough in your hands. Keep the dough thick. Thick puris will taste good.
- Add oil in a hot pan and deep fry the puris. Remove the puris in Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper. Oddy Ecobake is non greasy, and keeps the puris fresh and crisp for longer hours.
