A Fluffy and Tender Rava Cake

Today we are going to see a very easy and amazing recipe for suji or rava slice cake. It is so spongy, soft, and moist. Oddy Ecobake is used to get the perfect shape for your cake and also makes demolding easy.

  • Suji - 1cup & Fresh Curd- 1/2 cup
  • Milk Powder- 4tbsp & Sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Refined oil- 1/4 cup & Baking powder- 1 tsp
  • Baking soda- 1/4 tsp & Salt- 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp & Tutti frutti- 5 tbsp
  • Oddy Ecobake



  • Mix curd with rava and add water to the mixture. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Grind the rava mixture together with all the wet ingredients. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  • Add the dry ingredients one by one and mix well. Your rava cake batter is ready. Add the tutti-frutti pieces to the cake batter and mix well.
  • Transfer the cake batter to a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C. Once the cake is baked and cooled, demold it. Cut the cake into thin slices and enjoy!
