Crispy and Puffy Green Peas Puri

About the Recipe

A tasty variation of the popular Indian puri is called matar ki puri. This is a great way to employ the abundance of fresh green peas that the markets receive as soon as winter arrives. Oddy Uniwraps is used to place the puris because it locks in the grease and prevents it from entering the plate.
