Try this new cake decoration technique for your next special event. This decoration can be done easily using a pizza cutter. The brown Ecobake aids in getting the perfect shape for your cake without using oil or butter. It also aids in the easy demolding of the cake.

Ingredients
- Tutti Frutti Cake sponge
- Whipping cream
- Purple, pink and green liquid food color
- Sugar syrup
- Condensed Milk
Directions
- Prepare the tuttu frutti cake batter and transfer it into a mould lined with brown Ecobake cooking paper. Bake the cake for 55 minutes in a preheated vessel placed on the stove with a wire stand.
- Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into 3 equal parts. Prepare whipped cream by beating it until stiff peaks are formed. Place the first layer of the cake on the cake board and soak it with sugar syrup.
- Apply whipped cream to the cake sponge and spread it uniformly. Apply 1 tsp of condensed milk to the cream and spread it evenly. Repeat the same steps for the second and third layers of the cake.
- Frost the cake completely with whipped cream, covering all sides and the top of the cake, and level it with a spatula. Take a pizza cutter and divide the cake into equal parts, marking it as shown.
- Mix purple liquid color with whipped cream to make purple cream. Fill it up in the piping bag with N 26 noxxle. Make overlapping stripes starting from the bottom of the cake to the center with the purple cream as shown.
- Make three roses with pink cream using the same nozzle and place them at the centre of the cake. Make a leaf pattern using the leaf piping nozzle with green cream besides the roses.
