No-Oven, No-Egg, Crispy Choco Waffle Bar

Try making these crispy waffle chocolate bars at home with easily available ingredients. You can make these waffles without any hassle. Ecobake helps in drying your choco wafers without getting stuck to the kitchen surface.

Ingredients

 

  • 1/2 Cup all purpose flour & 1/4 Cup sugar powder
  • 1/2 Tsp baking powder & 1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 Tsp salt, 3 Tbsp oil & 1/4 Tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 Cup lukewarm milk & 1 Cup milk chocolate

Directions

 

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients one by one to the dry ingredients and mix well to prepare the batter. Pour and spread the batter on a tawa using a spoon and let it cook for a while.
  • Flip and gradually take the crispy waffle sheet from the tawa. Make 4 to 5 waffle sheets in the same manner. Melt milk chocolate in a bowl using the double boiler method.
  • Spread melted chocolate on a waffle sheet and place another one on it. Similarly, stack the other waffle sheets on them. Trim the borders and cut the square waffle sheets into small rectangular bars.
  • Cut the waffle bars into two halves and stack them using melted chocolate. Dip these bars in melted chocolate. Dry the choco waffle bars on a piece of Ecobake cooking paper. Garnish them with melted chocolate and enjoy.
