Chaats are the most amazing and satisfying foods when small hunger pangs peeks in. I have the easiest aloo chaat recipe that is super tangy and tasty. You can make this within 20 mins and enjoy. Have it in the evening with tea or whenever you feel like eating chaat. Use Oddy Ecobake cooking paper tray to bake the potatoes in air fryer or microwave. Ingredients

 

  • Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray
  • Raw potatoes 4-5
  • Onion 2 tsp
  • Tomato 2 tsp
  • Green chilli 2
  • Coriander leaves
  • Black salt to taste
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Green chutney 2 tsp
  • Imli chutney 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Oil

Directions

 

  • In a bowl add potatoes and sprinkle oil 1-2 tsp. Place the potatoes in Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray. Its shape perfectly fits in arifryer and covers the sides as well. Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray is eco-friendly and non-sticky, perfect for cooking and baking needs.
  • Bake it in Airfryer until golden and crispy.
