Aloo Parval Bhujiya Recipe

About the Recipe

Tasty Aloo Parval Bhujia recipe is very easy and requires commonly required kitchen ingredients. This can be easily taken to the office, picnic, for travel along with soft parathas wrapped in Oddy Uniwraps. It keeps parathas, theplas, and pooris soft and fresh for longer periods.

Ingredients

 

  • 2 pods Garlic, 1 inch ginger, 2-3 chilies,
  • mustard oil, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1 chopped onion,
  • 400 gm potatoes, 200 gm chopped parwal,
  • ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp red chili, ½ tsp sabzi masala,
  • salt as per taste, 2 fresh red chili (slit lengthwise),
  • crushed ginger garlic chili paste, Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • In a hand pestle, take garlic, ginger, and chili. Hand crushe it into a coarse paste.
  • In a kadhai, take mustard oil, cumin seed, chopped onion. Saute the onions, then add the potatoes to the kadhai.
  • Stir and saute the potatoes without a lid for 5-7 mins on high to medium flame. After 5-7 mins, add the chopped parwal.
  • Mix the potatoes and parwal together for a few mins and then add the dry masalas. Add turmeric powder, red chili, sabzi masala, and salt as per taste.
  • Add 2 fresh red chili (slit lengthwise), crushed ginger garlic chili. Mix everything well.
  • Cover with lid and keep flame on low-medium for and cook for 6-7 mins. Check and stir once in the middle. Once done switch the flame.
  • Use Oddy Uniwraps to wrap parathas that go well along with potato parwal sabzi for tiffin to school, office or travel.
