Eggless Vanilla Chocolate Donut

Not everyone can make Donuts at home, and thi recipe beautifully told a simple and easy way to make delicious and beautiful eggless donuts in a very short period of time. Must try this recipe once and surprise your loved ones with this beautiful recipe.

  • All purpose flour 120gm
  • Milk powder - 3 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Instant dry yeast -1 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Salted butter - 1 tbsp
  • Chocolate compound



  • In a mixing bowl, sieve all purpose flour, Milk powder. Then add sugar, dry yeast vanilla essence and salted butter in it. Now mix them well.
  • By adding lukewarm water, mix them properly to make dough. Knead the dough properly using stretch and fold method, after doing so take a bowl, apply some butter in it and place the dough in it, covered, and let it ferment for about 90 mins.
  • Meanwhile, take a sheet of Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper and cut it into square pieces as shown in the video, to use later on.
  • Now after 90 mins take out the dough, knead it again for 1-2 mins, then roll it in to a shape of thick chapati, then cut out the donut’s shape using a steel glass or bowl as shown in the video.
  • Take a tray, and place these cut out donuts in the tray, one donut on each square that we cut out earlier, and let them rest for about 30 mins.
  • After 30 mins, fry these donuts on low flame, as shown in the video, place these donuts on Oddy Uniwraps food wrapping paper to cool down, as it will soak the extra oil out of them.
  • For frosting, use melted chocolate compounds of different flavors, as I have used chocolate and strawberry flavor of chocolate.
  • Dip the donuts in the chocolate and season them with sprinklers, you can also decorate them as shown in the video, and your donuts are ready to serve.
