About the Recipe
This cake is a themed one for a marriage anniversary. I have kept the decoration easy as well as a bit sophisticated. Keeping the base white and adding flowers for the rich look, make this cake for celebrating a special occasion. Demolding process becomes seamless with Oddy Ecobake.

Ingredients
- Oddy Ecobake
- 6-inch baking tin
- 180 gms Vanilla eggless cake premix
- 11/2 tbsp oil
- 4-5 drops pineapple emulsion
- Water
- Pineapple crush
- 250 ml chilled melted cream
- Purple, green, yellow and pink liquid color
- Noor R44 nozzel
- Sunflower nozzel
Directions
- In a bowl mix cake premix, oil and, pineapple emulsion and water to make cake batter. Preheat for oven for 10 mins at 180 degrees. In a 6-inch baking tin cover the base with Oddy Ecobake. Oddy Ecobake serves as a baking paper which is non-sticky and eco-friendly. Thus, no need to grease the Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for 25 mins.
- Let it cool down and then demold the cake and make 3 layers. Add one layer and apply water sugar syrup to moist the cake. Add whipped cream and pineapple crush and level it. Repeat the process for the other two layers.
- Add whipped cream to the sides and top layer of the cake. Level it evenly throughout. Mix whipped cream with liquid colors to form pink colored, purple colored and yellow colored whipped cream.
- Now with the help of Noor R44 nozzel make flower as shown in video. You can also make rose flower as shown in video.
- Make small flowers with the help of sunflower nozzle. Arrange the flowers as shown in video. Add detailing to the cake such as borders and leaves for flowers. Add pearls for decorating and spray sliver spray for the glossy effect. Our Anniversary themed cake is ready.
