Apple Crumb Cake Recipe With Eggs

Simple and readily available ingredients are used in this Apple Crumble Cake recipe. It is the ideal dessert or afternoon tea treat, and everyone will like the crumble topping. With the help of Ecobake cooking paper circles, your cake may be perfectly shaped without the need of grease, and no additional cleanup is required.

  • 2 Eggs & 1/2 Cup Powder sugar
  • 1/2 Cup oil & 1 Cup maida
  • 1 tsp baking powder & 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup milk, 1 apple & 2-3 tbsp chopped walnuts



  • Beat 2 eggs in a mixing bowl and mix well with sugar. Add oil to the mixing bowl and combine everything together. Add the dry ingredients through a sieve and mix them well with the wet ingredients to form the cake batter.
  • Transfer the cake batter to a cake mould lined with Ecobake cooking paper circles  Grate the apple into the batter and milk gradually and combine well. Tap the cake mould so that there are no air bubbles in the batter.
  • Grate almonds into the cake mould and add chopped walnuts to the cake batter. Preheat the oven or air fryer for 5 minutes to 170 deg C. Place the mould inside the air fryer and bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes. Once the cake is baked and cooled, cut it into pieces and enjoy.
