Baking A Spongy Cake Sponge Is Simple

 

Use the proper ingredients in the right amounts to create a perfect, well-raised cake. Combine milk and vinegar to make buttermilk. Add the oil, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and dry ingredients to the mixture. Then, using the cut-and-fold method, combine everything to create a batter with a smooth ribbon consistency. Transfer the batter right away to a 6-inch Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circle-lined baking tray. For 50 minutes, bake the cake with a cover in a preheated pan.
