Beautiful Chocolate Cake

Make this easy-to-make chocolate cake to celebrate special occasion at home. Whether you eat it plain, dust it with powdered sugar or serve with dollops of cream or scoops of ice cream, this cakes truly is perfectly perfect. Using Oddy Ecobake Brown in baking tin helps to demold the cake easily.

  • Oddy Ecobake Brown
  • Premix 1 cup
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 ½ tbsp oil
  • Whipping cream
  • Chocolate ganache
  • Choco chips
  • White cream
  • R11 no. nozzle
  • Red color cream
  • Red metallic spray



  • In a bowl add premix, water and oil, mix well without forming any lumps to make cake batter. In a 6-inch tin place Oddy Ecobake Brown, this will prevent our cake from sticking on the sides. Also, Oddy Ecobake Brown is chlorine-free and eco-friendly thus safe to use.
  • Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30-35 mins. Demold the cake once baked.
  • Cut the cake into 3 layers. Wet the first layer and add whipping cream and chocolate ganache. Blend it well and apply over the layer. Sprinkle some choco chips on it.
  • Repeat the same process for the other two layers. Add white cream on the top layer and sides of the cake. Level the cream and give finishing to the cake as shown in video.
  • Pour chocolate ganache over it and level it up. Take R11 no. nozzle and make roses. Decorate the cake as shown in video. Our beautiful chocolate cake is ready.
