About the Recipe

Naan is made with only a few ingredients. Adding Coriander leaves on top gives the naan a nice fresh flavour. Follow the recipe given below to make naan at home. Use Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles to bake the naan in oven. This will prevent the naan from sticking on its base. Also, Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles is eco-friendly and reusable.

Ingredients

Milk 1 glass
1 tbsp sugar
2-3 tbsp oil
Curd 1 small packet
Baking Soda ½ tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Oil as required
All-purpose flour ½ kg

Corainder leaves
Melted butter 50 gms
Garlic sliced 10-12

Directions

Keep the milk for boiling. Once boiled remove from heat. Add oil, curd, sugar and mix well and keep it aside. In a dish add all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and mix the milk mixture. Do not add water, make a smooth dough, if require add milk not water.
Preheat the oven for 10 mins in convention mode. Take the dough and make small balls like we do for chapatis. Press the balls on the inside with fingers as shown in video for the dough to swell and bake properly.
Roll the naan in a rolling pan and add coriander eaves on top of it. In the baking tray add Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles and place our naan on top of it.
You can keep naans at the same time if your naan’s size is small. Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles comes pre-cut in circle shapes and males our baking process easier.it is grease-proof and non-sticky. You can reuse it multiple times as well.
Bake the Naans in convention mode for 200 degrees for 10 mins. Remove once baked. In a bowl mix melted butter and garlic, apply butter paste on hot pippin Naan. Our butter garlic naan is ready. Enjoy hot with your favorite curries.
