Chatpata Cutlet for Kids’ Snacks

Try this chatpata cutlet for your kids’ snacks box. This is a very healthy and tasty recipe, liked by everyone. Brown Oddy Ecobake helps in getting the square shape for your cutlets without greasing and there is no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Onion - 1 chopped & Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped capsicum, carrot and corn
  • Rava - 1 cup & Water - 2.5 cups
  • Boiled potatoes - 2 medium
  • 1/4 cup Curd (plain yogurt)
  • Salt - 1.5 tbsp & red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Oreagano seasoning - 1 tsp & chilli flakes
  • Chopped corinader leaves & Oil for frying

Directions

 

  • Heat oil in a kadai and add the chopped veggies and saute well. Add rava to the kadai and roast it well along with the vegetables.
  • Add water to the kadai and mix well. Add red chilli powder, salt and other seasonings to the rava mixture and combine well.
  • Add potatoes to the kadai and mix everything to form a dough. Take a piece of brown Ecobake and spread the dough on it.
  • Use the brown Ecobake to give a rectangular shape to the dough. After some time, cut the dough into small squares using a knife.
  • Now shallow fry these chatpata cutlet squares in oil. Pack them in your kid's snack box with sauce or green chutney.
