Cheese Chataka Cookies

About the Recipe

These cheese chataka cookies make a fantastic evening snack because they are cheesy and buttery with a hint of spice and sharpness. The dough can be prepared in advance and, if preferred, baked in batches. The ingredients for the cheese cookies are cheese, butter, and spices; neither baking soda nor baking powder are used. When Oddy Ecobake is used to line the baking tray, the cookies bake crisp and without sticking. Oddy Ecobake is easy to use, food safe, and reusable.
