Chikoo & Strawberry Ice Cream

Who doesn’t like ice cream? What if we tell you that you can enjoy the goodness of both chikoos and strawberry in one Ice Cream? Well, this amazing recipe is just the right one. Use Oddy Ecobake for setting ice cream perfectly and storing it for longer.

  • Milk - 1 cup (or 1/4 lit) & Sugar - 1/4 cup (or 4 tbsp)
  • Milk powder - 1/4 cup & Oddy Ecobake
  • Corn flour - 1/2 tbsp & Liquid glucose - 1 tbsp
  • Xanthun gum- 1/4 tsp (optional) & Condensed milk- 1/4 cup
  • Whipped Cream- 1 cup & Essence- Strawberry, Chikoo
  • Chopped strawberry- 1/2 cup & Chopped chikoo- 1 cup
  • Extra sugar - 2 tbsp (optional)
  • Liquid food color - Red, Brown
  • Some extra chopped strawberries & chikoos



  • Take a pan or non stick vessel. Add milk, sugar, milk powder & corn flour into pan and mix it.
  • Keep this pan on gas at low flame. Now add liquid glucose in it.
  • When it starts heating, mix 1 spoon milk powder and xanthun gum in it and boil it.
  • Cool and then add condensed milk in it. Mix properly. Milk mixture will be ready.
  • Whip the cream. Mix cream and milk mixture properly. Make puree of both strawberries as well as chikoos using mixer grinder.
  • Add strawberry puree and strawberry essence into half recipe. Pour this batter into an air tight container lined with Oddy Ecobake. Set in freezer overnight.
  • Add all chikoo puree and chikoo essence into half recipe. Pour this batter into an air tight container. Set in freezer overnight.
