Instant Gulab Jamun Ice Cream

Who doesn’t like ice cream? What if we tell you that you can enjoy both Gulab Jamuns and Ice Cream together? Well, this creamy and dreamy gulab jamun ice cream recipe is perfect Indian fusion treat! Use Oddy Ecobake for setting it and storing it for longer.

Ingredients

 

  • Milk - 1 cup (or 1/4 lit) & Sugar - 1/4 cup (or 4 tbsp)
  • Milk powder - 1/4 cup & Corn flour - 1/2 tbsp
  • Liquid glucose - 1 tbsp & Xanthun gum - 1/4 tsp
  • Whipped Cream - 1 cup & Essence - Mawa, Rasmalai
  • Gulab Jamun - 3 to 4 small pieces & Gulab Jamun syrup - 1 tbsp
  • Rasmalai - 4 small pieces & Rasmalai milk - 1/8 cup
  • Liquid food color - Yellow (optional) & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Take a pan or non stick vessel. Add milk, sugar, milk powder & corn flour into pan and mix it.
  • Keep this pan on gas at low flame. Now add liquid glucose in it.
  • When it starts heating, mix 1 spoon milk powder and xanthun gum in it and boil it. Cool and divide it into two equal parts.
  • In half portion add rasmalai milk and in half portion add gulab jamun syrup. Both milk mixtures will be ready.
  • Whip the cream. Mix half portion of cream, rasmalai milk mixture, rasmalai pieces, rasmalai essence and color properly.
  • Place Oddy Ecobake into an air tight container and pour this batter in it. Set in freezer overnight.
  • Mix half portion of cream, gulab jamun milk mixture, gulab jamuns and mawa essence properly.
  • Place Oddy Ecobake into an air tight container and pour this batter in it. Set in freezer overnight.
