Choco Peanut Pastry Without Oven

Ingredients

 

  • 1/4 Cup sugar powder & 1/4 Cup fresh curd
  • 2 Tbsp oil, 1/2 Cup all purpose flour & 1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 Tsp baking powder & 1/4 Tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 Cup milk & 100 gm dark chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp hot milk & Roasted peanuts
  • Melted chocolate & golden sugar

Directions

 

  • Mix sugar powder, fresh curd and oil in a mixing bowl. Sieve the dry ingredients like all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda into the same bowl and mix well to prepare the cake batter. Add 1/2 cup of milk to adjust the consistency of the batter.
  • Transfer the cake batter into a mould lined with Ecobake cooking paper. Bake the cake for 30 minutes in a preheated kadai. Once the cake is baked and cooled, demould the cake and cut it into pieces. Make the square cake pieces into two halves.
  • Prepare chocolate melt by mixing dark chocolate and hot milk. Add roasted peanuts to the melt and mix well. Fill this chocolate peanut in between the cake pieces. Dip the cake pieces in chocolate melt and keep them on Ecobake cooking paper to dry. Garnish with melted chocolate and golden sugar balls.
