Ingredients

Cake premix
Chocolate ganache
Chocolate balls, chocolates for garnishing

Directions

Make 3 chocolate sponge cakes - 2 made in 8 inch tin and 1 made in 7 Inch tin using cake premix and Oddy Ecobake Baking and cooking paper.
Cut the sponge as shown in the video. Coat the layers with chocolate ganache.
Smoothen the edges and repeat for all cakes.
Make designs on the border using chocolate ganache and decorate using chocolate balls and garnish well.
