How To Make Delicious Dal Roti?

About the Recipe

Dal roti is a healthy and wholesome roti recipe made with wheat flour and cooked dal. Uniwraps brown paper foil helps in keeping your roti fresh and soft for a long time.

Ingredients

 

  • Dal – ½ cup & Wheat flour – 2 cups
  • Garam masala – 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onions & Coriander leaves
  • Salt & Green chillies
  • Water & Ghee

Directions

 

  • Mix all the ingredients mentioned above and add water in small quantities to prepare the dough.
  • Take out small portion of dough and make it into a round shaped ball. Roll out the dough and flatten it to a radius of 5 cm.
  • Heat a tava, add ghee and cook each roti till light brown spots appear on it. Wrap and pack the chapatis in Uniwrap brown paper foil to keep them fresh and soft for a long time.
