Do try this yummy chocolate cake without an oven or eggs. This can be done easily and will turn out amazing without any hassle. Ecobake cooking paper helps get the perfect shape for your cake without the need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

Milk - 1 cup & Oil - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 cup, Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tbsp, Maida - 1.5 cups & Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp & Baking powder - 1/2 tsp

Directions

Mix the wet ingredients of the cake in a bowl. Add the dry ingredients to them through a sieve.
Mix well to prepare the cake batter.
Transfer the cake batter to a baking pan lined with Ecobake cooking paper.
Bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes in a preheated vessel.
Once the cake is baked and cooled, demould it and cut it into small pieces.
