Simple and Quick Poori Recipe with Peas

You can make this simple and yummy matar poori recipe with raw or fresh peas. This has a wonderful flavor and taste. Oddy Uniwraps help to lock the grease or oil in your pooris from entering the plate, and you can also use it to pack and store your pooris.

Ingredients

 

  • Matar – 1 cup, Green chillies – 3 & Water
  • Wheat flour, Salt as needed & Besan – 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Rava – 2 to 3 tbsp & Fennel seeds
  • Kasuri methi & Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp & Cumin seeds
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Grind peas, green chillies with some water in a mixer jar. In a mixing bowl, sieve the wheat flour into it.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and pea puree to the wheat flour. Combine everything well to form a dough.
  • Take small portions of the dough and make them into small balls. Flatten each ball into a small puri as shown.
  • Fry the pooris in hot oil. Transfer these matar pooris onto a piece of Oddy Uniwraps to lock grease or oil in your pooris from entering the plate.
