Chocolate Mud Cake in a Pan

This mud chocolate cake is a must-try for all chocolate lovers. It is a very easy cake recipe that can be done in a pan without adding eggs. Oddy Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your cake without greasing, and there is no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Curd - 1/3rd cup & Sugar - 1/3rd cup
  • Oil - 2 tbsp, Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp & Milk - 3/4 cup
  • Maida - 3/4 cup & Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
  • Baking soda - 1/4 tsp & Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp & Milk powder - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup, Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp & Milk - 1 cup
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Prepare the cake batter by mixing wet ingredients with dry ingredients and gradually adding milk to them.
  • Once the batter is ready, transfer it to a pan lined with Oddy Ecobake.Bake the cake for 30 minutes on low heat.
  • Prepare the frosting by mixing and cooking milk powder, corn flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and milk together in a pan. 
  • Grease 2 small plates or thalis (4-5 inch diameter) using 1-teaspoon oil.
  • Apply and spread the frosting on the cake once it comes to its normal temperature. Freeze the remaining frosting for 15 minutes.
  • Transfer it into a piping bag. Make chocolate flowers using the piping bag. Decorate the cake with golden sugar balls and chocolate balls as shown.
