Perfect 1 Kg Pineapple Cake

About the Recipe

Whipped cream smothered between soft layers of sponge cake, soaked in pineapple syrup and made with the goodness of pineapples. This cake recipe is definitely a must try. Oddy Ecobake helps in getting perfect cake without any greasing and no need of cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients

 

  • Vanilla premix :- 500 ml
  • Water :- As needed
  • Cooking oil :- 3 tbsp
  • Whipping cream :- 500 ml
  • Sugar syrup :- 200 ml
  • Pineapple essence :- 1/2 tsp
  • Pineapple crush :- 6-7 tbsp
  • Neutral gel :- 2 tbsp
  • Food colors :- Yellow, Blue, Pink
  • Golden Dust and Silver Dust
  • Golden sugar balls
  • Chocolate ganache :- 1 tbsp

Directions

 

  • Make a smooth batter using vanilla premix, oil and water. Place Oddy Brown Ecobake in 7 inch square tin. Pour the batter into tin. And tap the tin properly.
  • Bake the cake for 50-55 min at low flame if using gas. Or for 45-50 min at 180 degree if using oven. Demould when cake cools down at room temperature.
  • Make sugar syrup by adding sugar and pineapple essence into water. Make 3 equal layer of sponge. Whip the whipping cream until sharp peaks.
  • Complete the icing of cake using sugar syrup, plain whipped cream and pineapple crush. Make the coloured whipped cream as required for this cake.
  • Cover the sides of cake using coloured neutral gel. Make your favourite designs on cake using nozzles, piping bags. And decorate it as you like.
