Bakery Style Chocolate Mocha Pastry Recipe” with just “4 main Ingredients” that too WITHOUT Eggs, Oven, cocoa powder or any other fancy material.

Ingredients

 

  • Clean wrap
  • Milk
  • Chocolate powder
  • 2 packets of Oreo biscuits of 120gm each
  • Eno
  • Cocoa powder
  • Powdered sugar
  • Chocolate decoration and cherry balls

Directions

 

  • Take half cup hot milk in a bowl and 2 spoon chocolate powder and stir it well.
  • Take a 6 inch loaf tin and use Oddy brown ecobake to make a sponge.
  • Put a kadhai and wile stand in it on gas and cover it with a plate as shown in the video and leave it for 7 to 10 minutes.
  • Take 2 packets of Oreo biscuits and make powder from them using a grinder.
  • Now add 2 spoon powdered sugar and Oreo biscuits powder in the chocolate milk we made earlier and mix them properly to make smooth lump cream batter.
  • Use ¾ spoon Eno and pour it on chocolate cream and add 2 spoon milk right on it as shown in the video to make sponge but do not stir it too long and then transfer it to loaf tin.
  • Put the tin in kadhai and cover it with the plate and bake it for 40 to 45 min on medium flame.
  • Now make chocolate cream by using 200gm cold whipped cream, 2 spoon sugar and 2 spoon cocoa powder as shown in the video and transfer it to a piping bag.
  • After 45min your sponge is ready and then cut it into 3 equal parts for frosting.
  • Place the first layer of sponge and apply sugar syrup and cream on it and put another layer on and repeat the process.
  • Crumb Coat the cake completely, and smoothen it using a scrapper or card as shown in the video.
  • Now add 1 spoon cocoa powder in remaining cream and mix it well and transfer it to a 2D nozzle piping bag.
  • Cut the cake into 5 equal parts and make flower of cocoa powder cream using a piping bag on the pastry and Finish it using chocolate garnishing over the pastries and your pastries are ready.
