Christmas Special Chocolate Marzipan Truffles

Make delicious, sweet Christmas truffles with this simple Marzipan chocolate recipe. You can make these chocolate marzipan truffles with just a handful of ingredients.   • Blanched Almonds - 1 1/2 cups & Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Rose essence - 2-3 drops & Almond Extract - 2-3 drops (optional)
  • Dark Compound Chocolate - 200g & White Chocolate Compound - 50g
  • Melted dark Chocolate (for decoration) & Oddy Ecobake



  • Blanch the almonds in hot water for 1 minute and peel the skin. Grind the blanched almonds in a mixer jar with 1/4 cup of water to make a thick paste.
  • Transfer the paste to a pan, add sugar and rose essence to it, and cook well until it turns into a dough. Smoothen the marzipan using the Oddy Ecobake as shown.
  • Once the marziapn becomes smooth, transfer it to a tray lined with Oddy Ecobake and spread it uniformly. Cut the mixture into suqare pieces as described. Melt white chocolate and dark chocolate using the double boiler method.
  • Dip the almond Marzipan in melted dark chocolate compound and decorate with dark chocolate and white chocolate melt. Your delicious almond chocolate marzipan truffles are ready!
