Corn Cheese Roll

About the Recipe

Today we are going to learn how to make a healthy snack, “corn cheese roll,” with a handful of ingredients. You can make this roll with or without oil. Oddy Ecobake helps you bake the corn cheese roll in an airfryer without the need for additional cleanup.

  • 1 Cup wheat flour & Salt as per taste
  • 1 Tsp Ghee & Chopped Boiled sweet corns
  • Chopped Onion, Chopped Capsicum & Oddy Ecobake
  • Chopped Tomatoes & Pizza seasoning
  • Grated Paneer & Grated Processed cheese



  • Prepare the dough by mixing wheat flour with salt and water. Make partially cooked rotis as shown.
  • Prepare the stuffing by mixing boiled sweet corn, onions, tomatoes, caspicum, pizza seasoning, grated paneer, and grated cheese in a bowl.
  • Make a roll by filling the partially cooked rotis with stuffing as described. Preheat the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Line the air fryer tray with Oddy Ecobake and place the rolls on it. Bake them for 10 minutes.
  • Your corn cheese rolls are ready. You can also shallow fry the rolls in oil.
