Creamy and Delicious Ferrero Rocher Eggless Cake

When you want to satisfy your hunger for chocolate-flavored cakes, bake this Ferrero Rocher cake. Without greasing the mould, Oddy Ecobake enables you to bake the cake in a precise shape. Additionally, it makes cake demolding simple.

  • 1/4 Cup dark chocolate & 1/4 Cup butter
  • 1/4 Cup condensed milk & 1/3 Cup sugar powder
  • 2 Pieces ferrero rocher chocolate & 1 Tbsp oil
  • 3/4 Cup all purpose flour & 1.5 Tbsp cococa powder
  • 1/2 Tsp baking powder & 1/4 Tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tsp coffee, 1/2 Cup milk & 1/2 Cup melted chocolate
  • 1/2 Cup whip cream, 3 Tbsp nutella & Oddy Ecobake



  • Melt dark chocolate and butter in a mixing bowl using the double boiler method. Add condensed milk, sugar powder, oil, and pieces of Ferrero Rocher chocolate to the chocolate melt and mix well.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients through a sieve. Add some milk and give everything a good mix to prepare the cake batter. Transfer the cake batter to a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Bake the cake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C. Beat melted chocolate, whipping cream, and nutella in a mixing bowl to prepare the frosting.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into three equal parts. Place the first layer of the cake, apply sugar syrup, and frost the cake. Spread well.
  • Repeat the same process for the remaining layers, and frost the cake completely. Apply the melted chocolate and spread it evenly. Decorate the cake with Ferrero Rocher pieces and butterscotch pieces as shown.
