Crispy Mix Vegetable Bread Rolls

Crispy Mix vegetable roll is easy to make. Full of veggies and delicious in taste. Mix vegetable roll can easily be packed in Oddy Brown Uniwrap paper. It keeps food fresh for hours. Plus can warm food with paper in an oven or tava.

Ingredients

 

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1/3 cup boiled sweet corn and green peas
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp giner chilli paste
  • Salt as requirement
  • 1.5 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp dry amchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 8 regular white bread (brown bread optional)
  • a bowl of water
  • Little white sesame seeds (til)

Directions

 

  • In a bowl take 2 boiled potatoes and mash well. Make sure there are no lumps.
  • Add 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots, 1/3 cup boiled sweet corn and peas, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp ginger chilli paste, salt as required, 1.5 tsp chat masala, 1 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp powdered sugar,
  • Mix well the above ingredients.
  • Next take 8 bread slices. Cut the brown edges of the bread.
  • Next in a bowl add water and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  • Then soak the bread in the water bowl. And press out the excess water from the bread.
  • Next take the potato and vegetable stuffing and add approx. 1.5 tbsp into the centre of bread slice and give it a round ball shape by gentlly closing all sides and sightly flattening it.
  • Then add few white sesame seeds on top of the roll. The bread rolls are now ready to fry.
  • With 8 rolls can be prepared with 8 bread slices.
  • In a pan, deep fry the rolls. Once they turn golden from one side then turn the opposite side. Don't flip the rolls continously in oil Fry till golden brown on both side.
  • The remove from pan and keep on tissue paper to soak the excess oil.
  • Crispy Vegetable mix rolls are ready to serve. It can be easily wrapped in Oddy Brown Uniwrap paper. The rolls can easily be warmed on tava and oven with the paper. It keeps the food nice and fresh.
