The sandwich is made from bread, hung curd, and a mix of vegetables. Ingredients

 

  • Hung Curd & Cabbage
  • Capsicum & Carrot
  • Green chilli & Coriander leaves
  • Salt & Ghee & Bread slices
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Chop all the vegetables and put them in a bowl. You can use onions if you wish to add.
  • Add a pinch of salt to it. Now add thick hung curd and mix well to make a quick filling.
  • Take a slice of bread, spread the filling, and top it with another slice of bread.
  • Heat a pan, grease with ghee, and toast the bread on both sides.
  • Remove it from the heat and cut it in half. Pack it in Oddy Uniwraps for your lunch box or travel.
