  • Bread Slices-2 & Ghee or butter- 1 tsp
  • Milk-1 cup + ½ cup & Custard powder-1 tsp
  • Sugar-3 tsp & Chopped Pistachios

  • Set the Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray in a pan.
  • Add a teaspoon of ghee or butter to it, and toast the bread slices on both sides.
  • Add a cup of milk to it and toast on both sides until the milk is absorbed by the bread slices.
  • Mix together custard powder and sugar, along with milk, thoroughly. Now add this milk mixture to the bread slices on a low flame and cook.
  • Garnish with chopped pistachios. The custard-milk bread that melts in your mouth is ready to be served hot.
