Ingredients

  • 2 Packets Oreo 120gm each & 1 Cup (250ml) milk
  • 1 Tsp baking powder & 1 Tsp milk
  • 1 Cup dark chocolate, 3 Tbsp milk & sugar syrup

Directions

  • Take 2 packets of 120 gm Oreo biscuits and separate the biscuits and cream into two bowls. Break the biscuits into pieces and add 1 cup of milk to the bowl and mix well. Grind biscuits and milk into a fine paste in a mixer jar to make the cake batter. To the cake batter, add baking soda and 1 tablespoon of milk.
  • Take a pressure cooker, line it with Oddy brown paper foil, and transfer the cake batter into it. Place the cooker on a preheated tawa and bake the cake for 30 minutes. Once the cake is cooled, demould the cake and slice it into 3 equal parts.
  • Meanwhile, prepare chocolate ganache by melting 1 cup of dark chocolate pieces using the double boiler method. Add 1 tbsp of milk to the chocolate melt to prepare a thick ganache. Keep one part of the cake on the cake board, and apply sugar syrup. Apply chocolate ganache and spread it uniformly. Repeat the same with the other two parts of the cake.
  • Make the cream separated from the biscuits into a fine paste and add some chocolate ganache to it. Apply this cream to the cake and crumb coat the entire cake. Apply the remaining ganache to the cake and spread it on the top layer of the cake. Decorate the cake with frosting and slice it into small pieces.
